Are you yearning to reconnect to your spiritual path? Are you seeking something higher and bigger, but not quite sure what? Or are you a clergywoman or woman in ministry and finding yourself nearing spiritual burnout? Committing ourselves to spiritual growth takes intention and courage. Our lives are filled with distraction and ego-engaging ways that often pull us away from our holy center. If you are wondering if there is more for you, if your heart is aching to reconnect to your Divine center, spiritual companionship may be for you. My model of spiritual coaching is a model of "anam cara," soul-friend companionship--I support you in your individual journey, providing guidance, support, and reflection. Using deep inner work based in a Jungian spiritual direction model, we work towards identifying your shadows, enlighten your self-awareness, and engage in embodiment work. I offer individual spiritual direction online for those serious about their spiritual journey and are ready to connect deeply with the Divine both within and without.
