Ministry life can really wear on you and you know intentional soul support will help.
Inner Sanctuary for Burnout-Proof Ministry
With our offerings at Root Grow Thrive, you receive the kind of companionship with serious seekers, those women in ministry who, like you, want to take their spiritual self care to a different level..
I know what it is to feel burned out. I know how vulnerable it can be to question your call.
We hold our truths and inner work in this holy space,
with tenderness and care.
Nourish Your Spiritual Self Care
What Circle Members
I deeply appreciated your ability to hold the space. To honor each person who shared. The poems at the beginning were perfect. Just enough silence throughout to sink in and listen, but not too much that we lost connection sharing time. --J.S.
So helpful to hear how the Spirit would speak or given an image to one person that would build on what was given to another person. Made it so clear how the Spirit was speaking to all of us and we were all catching our part of the puzzle to share with the whole. --S.H.M.
(I learned) how to really listen to another person and reflect spiritually on what they were saying. I think it taught me how to be a better pastor. I also feel like I grew from the wisdom others shared.--B.S.
I was surprised at how meaningful it was to be in silence together. The sharing was fantastic, as I trusted it would be. Getting a chance to feel heard and held is always holy ground.--J.S.
Our time together is about holy Presence. I offer a safe container for you to hone your inner listening skills, where we explore how Spirit is breathing in your life. I often use embodiment and contemplative practices, dreamwork, and the arts and movement in our sessions to help us connect to the Divine center.
Group Spiritual Direction
The Soul Circle for Women in Ministry is group spiritual direction facilitated online during spring, summer and winter. It is specifically designed to support the contemplative deepening process to connect to Spirit. If you are looking for a place that is safe to share and gain support on your spiritual journey, the Soul Circle may be for you. I keep them deliberately small (5-6 members), so please contact me as soon as possible to secure your space.
Retreats and Workshops
The time and energy you put in your vocation is bound to how much time and energy you put into yourself. Reseilicy in ministry means dediction to the mind-body-spirit practices that support wholeness and wellness. I provide support for clergy--professional and lay ministers--to help you fill your cup, too!
