Psychospiritual care is essential care for those of us in listening care professions. Space holders who feel helpless are more at risk for burnout, questioning their purpose, and struggle with anxiety, moral injury, and trauma.

  • Reclaiming Inner Stillness

    Trauma, Caregiving Fatigue, Burnout, Stress—how do we nourish ourselves in a world that seems so bent on extraction rather than renewal? Integrative experience including somatic and creative practice that helps participants center in and begin to listen to This workshop is offered in 1 ½ hour and 3 hour options.

  • Dreamwork for Healers

    Our dream wisdom is one of the first ways we as children learn to understand how the liminal consciousness can be wonderfully guiding towards insight—and fun! This workshop training includes group dreamwork and processing. Great for small groups up to 8 participants. In 2 day sleep retreat form or 3 hour retreat form.

  • Tarot and Astrology for Beginners

    Grounded spiritual practice begins with awareness and respect of creative, universal consciousness. This workshop retreat offers an interactive way for groups to learn how to listen to our inner wisdom through tools that have no power in themselves, but rather help remind us that our personal power and sovereignty is always found within.

  • Practical Applications of Somatic and Spiritual Tools for Burnout Recovery

    Healers, take heart. While our systems are extractive, you have power to reclaim your purpose in career, in your creativity, and your vocational life. This is. a training-style workshops offering time-tested strategies Allie has honed over 20 years of working in mental and spiritual care spaces—for recovery, resiliency—and reclamation of your soul. Creative practice, interactive work is done in 1 ½ hour and 3 hour options.

Psychospiritual Consultant with 20+ years working in mental health, spiritual direction, and lay ministry

Allie Kochert (she/her) is a professional trauma therapist, certified spiritual director, and have decades of experience working with folx in all stages of the healing journey. She comes from personal experience and lived knowledge of what it means to do the inner work to reclaim resiliency in light of trauma, loss, grief and burnout. From core professional knowledge, skills, and experience, she moves through her work with humility, knowing that everyone's journey is different, as everyone's definition of trauma--and how that affects them and their spiritual wellness-- can be different.

Allie identifies as an able-bodied, privileged cis white woman and understands her personal and systemic privilege as well as the importance of healing from the inside-out. She dedicates her practices in offering safe spaces for professional spiritual caregivers (clergy, spiritual directors, ministers, and soul care providers) to reclaim their voice and be able to better hold space for others to do so.

Trauma Conscious Spiritual Care Provider Training

This curriculum is for the heart-centered space holder who prioritizes ethical soul care.

With fuller knowledge of our nervous systems' effect on spiritual wellness, we are better able to serve without causing further harm.

We also have a chance to prevent re-traumatization and perpetuation of stigma, and build much more inclusive, compassionate and supportive communities and relationships.

This is not a mental health or support group, and does not replace mental health counseling or therapy. We come from the knowledge based in research that most of us have expereinced trauma in one way or another. In this training we will discuss situations that may elicit strong feelings or trigger some who have had experience with traumatic grief or stress.   • A: The live course has weekly live circle sessions for integration of the material and peer wisdom and engagement, as well as personal coaching with Allie. The live option is currently on pause for enrollment, and open only to groups and organizations. The Self Study option is available for your own independent study of all the material, with access to individual coaching with Allie at a discount as well as our peer group on Facebook.
