Licensed therapist, soul care spiritual director, and resiliency expert
for authentic and sustainable burnout recovery
Healing is possible.
What I’ve learned through the years is that there is no one-size-fits-all path past burnout, trauma, and grief. The world feels chaotic, even unsafe, especially now. Yet in the chaos, we can reconnect to what matters, we can resource ourselves, we can reclaim that resilient self once again.
So you can can be the fierce, vibrant self you know you are!
Here’s how I know you’re in the right place…
I provide confidential online therapy in PA and soul care companioning worldwide for the helpers and leaders -- therapists, healers, caretakers who are heart-weary, in broken systems, and fed up with cycle of exhaustion.

Somatic Depth Psychotherapy and Interspiritual Soul Care
Throughout over 20 years in my therapy career, I’ve seen a lot: I’ve worked with persons in the justice system, supported women in ministry hosting soul care retreats, facilitated therapeutic groups for older adults in recovery, conducted seminars on mindful parenting to meditation for wellness. I’ve lead thousands of folks in dream circles and workshops and hosted dozens of retreats and soul circles.
It wasn’t until after I felt the strain of suffering painful personal losses, struggling with early motherhood, raising three children, and learning to balance life as a mother, wife, and clinician, that things had to change quickly or severe burnout was in the cards.
I embarked on my own mind-body-soul quest, and through years of depth work I centered down into my wholeness, stripped away the layers that kept me from my authentic self, and emerged—albeit bruised, yet transformed, on the other side.
Having been witness to how pain and loss can provide a wealth of potential for inner growth, I knew that offering healing space to nurture this awareness of other healers was my calling.
I support others on this path that I have walked myself and have witnessed countless times - that innate, core-borne desire for whole-hearted, liberation-focused wholeness.
With a spiritually integrated perspective, I know what it is to listen deeply to folx on all steps along the way.
I am holistic, embodied, and curious and open to all expressions to the Sacred. As an intuitive and spiritual polyglot, I speak languages of archetypal astrology (evolutionary and esoteric), Enneagram, Celtic spirituality, and dreams.
All spaces of awe and wonder are sources of mystery and invitation.
I support those in the helping and healing professions, folks who are neuro-spicy, empaths, sensitives, advocates, artists, poets. Folks who crave being seen, being known— outside of their roles and responsibilities.
As a lifelong seeker myself, I know what it is to devote myself to continually reflect on how Source is living in my life, and am grounded in my vocation embedded in understanding that growing edges and liminal spaces can be rich sources for opportunity and growth.
I know for sure we're not meant to walk through life’s challenges alone, especially for those of us who serve others. Nourishing our connection to your soul takes intention and calls for safe relationships and community.
Inner Compass Work
Helping the helper is at the core of what I do, and because of this, I know that my own inner compass must be front and center. I work regularly with archetypes both in my spiritual and personal practice such as the wounded healer and saviour/helper.
Inner work is necessary if we who support others are committed to ethical practice and personal and professional integrity. I seek my own therapy and spiritual direction to maintain focus on my own wellness--mind, body and spirit.
I believe all healing is political and I believe that everyone deserves access to healing. My healing perspective is inclusive and social-justice oriented, with a dedication to liberatory, anti-racist, and decolonized practice.
I believe that what is in the collective, is within each and every one of us; and when we orient ourselves to our individual healing, we change the whole.
This is where I hold the hope: our innate ability to orient back to wholeness.
This is my work.

My Identities
I am a cis/het white married middle-aged clinician raised in Pennsylvania and a settler on the unceded lands of the Susquehannock and Lenape. I was raised Catholic and am deconstructing myself and the patriarchal, German-Lutheran ancestry from which I come. I was raised with and have financial privilege. I understand that the work of decolonizing myself and my practice is a process, that I hold inherent biases because of them, and I seek regular consultation to continue to do this work.
I seek to make my offerings as anti-oppressive as possible, learning all the time, and seek genuine repair whenI fail. I seek opportunities to work with people and organizations that are doing this work and understand the humility needed to do better and serve with more compassion, understanding, and justice.
