Shamanic Practitioner in the Celtic Tradition for Helpers, Healers, and Holistic Professionals
Allie Kochert, Shamanic Practitioner in Pennsylvania and Worldwide
Soul Care Guide with 20+ years experience companioning folks including helpers, healers and holistic care providers
Shamanism is the oldest spiritual practice of our species, found virtually in all societies and is as old as humanity itself.
Deeply connected to the seasonal, earth-based cycles and belief that all things embody spirit, shamanism draws on a deep inner well of knowing that is beyond time and space and is highly connected to a body-based knowing that is often missing in modern Western-based psychological healing modalities.
Awaken Intuition, Deepen Healing, Find Solace
Shamanic practice assists in developing your innate connection to awe, wonder, creativity, and connection.
Purposely travelling to non-ordinary states of consciousness (NOC) in shamanic journey elicits the ancient, time-honored practice of healing and spiritual renewal.
Shamanic practice falls outside of faith and is complimentary for all spiritualities and therapies. It assists in the body’s remembering that is often hidden or concealed, and awakens intuition, sixth-sense, and other important inner listening skills that empower, enlighten, and heal.
Celtic Shamanic Practice and Earth-Based Soul Care
Trained through the Centre for Shamanism based out of Scotland and spiritual direction through Haden Institute, I offer separate soul care sessions for adults seeking spiritual reconnection, embodied inner listening, ritual, and earth-based spiritual practice.

What is Celtic Shamanism?
Celtic shamanism integrates energy healing through the use of shamanic journey, or guided Immram.
By eliciting an alternate state of consciousness via drumming, I work to assist issues related to power loss, soul disconnection, burnout, or other spiritual illnesses. I assist you in the reconnection to spiritual support, including ancestral work and embodied practice.
As shamanism is fully inclusive and non-exclusionary, I assist clients to reclaim their own sense of spiritual reconnection based on the clients’ own sense of faith or spirituality.
What to Expect
-
Shamanic sessions are often quite relaxing and rejuvinating. Many folks lay down during their session, and sometimes even find themselves in a dream state with imagery that will match what Allie describes later. Sometimes people doze off, so make sure you have time to re-ground and center before heading to the rest of your day.
-
I will work closely with you in setting a specific intention for the session. Sometimes folks have clear intentions such as feeling better after a difficult time in their lives, or dealing with a transition of relationship. But sometimes folks don’t have a clear intention; in this instance we’ll work together to find one that connects with your current life.
-
I will provide you with next steps at every session. Spiritual care is meant to be an embodied process and healing occurs often not just in one session, but usually integrated over time. I will assist you in figuring out what that can look like sustainably in your life.

“What I received from Allie was powerful and very helpful. She is professional, kind, and attentive. She is present and connected with me, makes me feel safe, and provides a really superb service.”
“Allie created a safe space for the session, and we talked about what I wanted and narrowed down my intention into something coherent. I felt she conducted the whole process beautifully, intentionally and safe.”
