I believe in the power of our minds to be wildly creative in healing pursuits, so I bring this trust into the therapeutic process. My therapy is depth-oriented and liberatory, which means that I focus on inner landscape as well as outer systems to make sustainable change. My clients are motivated to do the work, have investment into the process, and are ready. Of course, we also have fun, laugh, and love a shared meme too.

My integrative model incorporates all bodies of healing: mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional. I integrate a bottom-up, depth oriented therapy that can include things like archetypes, dreams, tarot, ancestry work, and journeying/active imagination. I know that sometimes healing is mysterious and full of magic and I’m all for it. I am anti-guru and anti-racist, I am constantly evolving and resist boxes, and am not a one-size-fits-all therapist. To say I’m not a typical therapist is kind of an understatement lol.

People tell me I am a good listener, genuine, warm, and supportive. I can be direct and opinionated, especially when it comes to systemic harm. This stems from the fact that I have a liberatory and feminist worldview, and am pro-all things diversity, queerness, and creative pursuit. I’m a mamabear at heart, and unabashedly believe that all healing is political and will bring in current events into therapy. I have no patience for any system that harms my clients or those who are struggling, and do advocacy work in my free time to channel this.

Spiritual direction is a type of spiritual soul-focused listening care for folks who are seeking a deeper relationship with the Sacred, whatever that looks like for them. I specialize in working with folks who have deconstructed from traditional religions including Christianity, those who have religious trauma and church hurt, and work primarily with women+ and queer folk in ministry. I meet folks where they are and offer a brave space to explore the boundaries of mystery. My perspective centers on personal sovereignty, embraces mystery and creative practice, and includes incorporating dreams, journeying, tarot, and an animistic, earth-based spirituality.

It may be helpful to learn more about my intensives and one-off shamanic healing sessions if you feel you’re not ready for the commitment of therapy. Both of those can jump start your own healing journey and give you the focus and tools you can use in your life moving forward. While it can be intimidating to think about months of therapy, it may be helpful just to think about one step at a time, and what you’d like to change first. Contact me with that intention and we can figure out next steps.
