Soul-focused, liberatory, trauma-conscious care for healing and the reclamation of personal sovereignty.

You are a healer and helper, and you have done the work on self care. You have a whole shelf (or three) of self-help books. You do yoga, pull cards, and check your Chani app.

But something is missing.

Grounding.

Centering.

Re-homing of the Self.

Integrative therapy honors the whole of you—mental, emotional, physical, AND spiritual sides of you. Here we deepen your connection to your inner wisdom, dropping some facades that no longer serve you, and learn once again what it is to listen not just to that inner whisper, but to your wider self—ancestors, community, and wider self in all of its flourishing.

THE ART —AND SCIENCE— OF HEALING

Thing is, when we embark on a healing practice, we do not do so in a vacuum. We are fully interdependent. We are interconnected with our inner family parts, our outer families, our culture, our systems, our past histories stretching far, far back.

My work is solidly transpersonal—beyond the personal—as well as grounded in behavioral change. That means we explore with holding seriously the concept of how healing and change is possible. Spiritual care can be bypassing—that is why I have an integrative model that is practice-based—we discuss ways that we can incorporate big concepts like shadow or archetypes or dreams into your life, so you can become stronger, healthier and more passionate.

Trauma and burnout can trick us into despair. Integrative therapy gives tools to face these challenges with curiosity, presence, fortitude, and courage.

Integrative therapy gives you a place to discover your emotional and soul-borne roots, to know your self (and selves), so that you can rediscover your gifts, find grounding in your life, and flourish with a sense of peace and reconnection once more.

Some Elements of Integrative Therapy May Include:

Astrology

Years of practice has taught me that that old adage is so very true: as above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe so the soul. Synchronicity and engagement with mystery is important for our grounding in reality and connection to our values. With natal chart exploration, we find patterns that emerge from your unique imprint, and notice the rippling effects of your life so that you can claim your power back and root you in a deeper self-understanding. This is about inner exploration, depth work with archetypes, and understanding the wholeness that is innate in us all—even when we feel broken. We practice openness to experience and develop awe and wonder, which are huge puzzle pieces in reclaiming your resiliency and reducing burnout.

Tarot and Oracle

Imagery, creative practice, and mystery is the root of inner knowing. Fostering connection to art and imagery is a rich, time-honored way to nourish our creativity and bring back connection to parts of ourselves that have felt lost or unseen. Using creative practice in this projective, non-predictive way honors the deep, human parts of yourself that craves discovering—especially those parts that are in shadow or wounded by moral injury or trauma. By honoring your intuitive gifts, you find meaning can widen and feel more reconnected to your values and self-trust.

Ritual

We have been chronically detached from ceremony and meaningful ritual for processing transitions, celebrating changes, and releasing trauma and grief. It is deeply human to engage in ceremony for witness, grounding, and fostering presence, especially in transitions, grief, and other important life changes. Ritual and ceremony developed and personalized to you can help you find peace and reclaim a sense of power and personal sovereignty.

Science-based practice

I am a science nerd—ask me about the recent Eons series or the latest research coming out of CERN. I was born from traditional healers—physicians and nurses trained in the Western model—myself trained in clinical psychology, and love a well-done empirical study and up to date on how it can benefit my clients. I often draw on transpersonal, somatic, and somatosensory therapies, mindfulness and Internal Family Systems and other methods that have basis in western psychological literature. I do so lightly as well, knowing full well that empiricism has its limits, especially with a decolonial and liberatory perspective. I bear witness to how traditional science can be a true ally in healing—alongside the tremendous beauty in the mystery and art of healing.

Integrative Therapy Sessions

Weekly to bi-weekly sessions, grounded in intention, and re-focused as needed, to orient yourself back to your creative, embodied self. Typically hourlong sessions, I work collaboratively with clients on personalized care that is both guiding and supportive while also expansive and even challenging at times.

Therapeutic Intensive Retreats

Therapeutic Intesive Retreats are exactly that—a space curated just for you to deepen into your healing in a condensed and supportive way. Typically 2-3 days, several hours a day, these retreats incorporate all bodies of healing: mental, phsyical, emotional and spiritual. This can look like a morning of parts work, a natal astrology exploratory afternoon, dreamwork for the overnight, and healing session the next day. These retreats are meant for those who are craving space to deepen, connect, and grow, especially when you’re feeling stuck, you want to expedite your healing, or you just don’t have months of time for traditional weekly therapy.
