Soul School Offerings

2026-2027

Soul School at Root Grow Thrive is a yearlong supportive container for helpers, healers, and creatives who seek renewal in their work and lives and crave a creative, embodied, and liberatory space for exploration on a soul-deep level.

Allie brings in extensive knowledge of esoterics (tarot, astrology), psychology (IFS, Jungian archetypes, dreamwork), and Celtic shamanism (guided Immram/journey, personalized ritual) to provide semi-structured workshops and retreats in order to support building psychospiritual wellness from the inside-out.

Nourishment Circles and Retreats, pay as you go with sliding scale, drop in, learn, connect, and deepen

Perfect for folks who are self-identified healers, helpers, spiritual professionals, holistic providers, and creatives, this School is less about consuming new knowledge than improving your inner listening skills to orient yourself to deeper wisdom, peace, and power.

All offerings are based on an Open Basket model, with suggested offering of $50. All are welcome.

Note: These workshops and retreats are for educational purposes only and not meant to replace counseling, therapy, or other mental health services. If you feel you may be in need of these services, please contact Allie allie@rootgrowthrive.com for referrals or to discuss your concerns.

For Therapists, Healers, Seekers, Creatives

Nourish, Sustain, Reclaim

Journey with us this fall as we engage your senses, deepen your inner listening skills, and connect to your soul. We use guided Immram, or shamanic journey, to strengthen our awe-and-wonder skills, getting ourselves out of our logic brains to support creative listening.

When the world feels loud, when your life feels speedy, when you feel disconnected from the earth, you deserve a brave space to reclaim your compass and strengthen your resiliency skills.

Trauma informed brave space, liberatory and inclusive.

This container is held as sacred space for those who honor curiosity over certainty and know the fruits of justice and peace in the world begins within.

  • "I felt safe and held as Allie created the sacred container and led us through the experience. I had a vivid and meaningful journey and have experienced a deeper shift from head knowledge to heart knowing. Many thanks"

    —Guided Immram Workshop, June 2026

  • "It was new for me, but I proceeded with an open heart and spirit. There were elements similar to guided meditation and that's how I entered in. I had beautiful visions. I got lost a bit with the length of it and the continued drumming. I am use to heartbeat drumming, so the sustained and single bit took a bit to get comfortable with. Participants spoke of guides in the reflection time, and that is a new term for me. I'm thankful for I the experience."

  • "I felt a deep and profound connection to this healing circle, the roots to resiliency sprung up at just the right time on my journey for me. I have always felt a unspoken bond to nature and trees, and through one of my most trying and testing years yet the resiliency element was needed too."

—From Roots to Resiliency Journeying Circle attendee, June 2026

  • "I had a really wonderful experience. I went into the session quite stressed but was immediately put at ease by Allie’s calm manner. The information was given in an interesting and clear way. Sharing was gently encouraged but not forced in any way. The space felt secure and welcoming. I definitely feel like I benefitted from attending. Thank you!"
